Energy is the debut studio album by the rock band Alisa. Recorded at the studio of the Leningrad Rock Club in 1985, the album was officially released by Melodiya only in 1988. The recording of the album was the first participation of Konstantin Kinchev in the studio work of the Alisa group. Other albums were recorded before Energia, but it is with her that the official discography of the group begins. For sound engineer Andrey Tropillo, the work on the album was one of the last studio experiences and, perhaps, his most extensive experiment in the field of sound reforms.

According to official figures, the circulation of records exceeded 1,000,000 copies, which corresponds to platinum status in the USA.
