moscow festival of popular and rock music "Rock Panorama-87" - the official rock festival, held on December 7-13, 1987 at the Small Sports Arena in Luzhniki. Organized by the moscow city committee of the komsomol, the Main Department of Culture of the moscow City Executive Committee, the moscow City Council of Trade Unions (MGSPS) and the Moscow Rock Laboratory. 45 bands and performers (mainly from Moscow) took part in the festival.
