The portable, small-sized black and white TV “Sapphire-412” has been produced since 1983 at the Ryazan plant “Red Banner”.
This small-sized unified semiconductor-integrated black-and-white TV is designed to operate in the meter wavelength range. The TV has a number of automatic adjustments to ensure high-quality images. This model uses an explosion-proof kinescope 23LK13B with a beam deflection angle of 90°, and a meter range channel selector SK-M-20. There is also the possibility of installing a channel selector SK-D-22 for receiving television broadcasts in the UHF range. The disadvantage is listening to audio on headphones. The device has a built-in telescopic antenna. The TV is powered universally: from an AC electrical network and a DC source. The TV body is made of impact-resistant polystyrene and had various color options and combinations. This example is white.
