The original sculpture of a goat as the author saw it "Vasylkiv Majolica Plant" was founded in 1934 on the basis of the Vasylkiv Pottery "Keramik". Vasylkiv has been one of the pottery centers of the Dnipro region since the 18th century. In the 1960s, the factory became one of the leaders in the art industry of Ukraine and ceased production in 2000.
